Seattle Symphony and National Geographic Live subscribers can exchange tickets fee-free at any time, up to two hours before concert start time.

Subscribers may also receive an in-season credit that can be applied any time during the season for future use.

Non-subscribers may exchange tickets with a $15 exchange fee, up to two hours before concert start time by contacting the Ticket Office.

After a purchase has been made, we will send you a confirmation email. Please review your details to ensure your order is correct. E-tickets are sent in a separate email as a PDF attachment and will deploy seven days before your event. If the event is less than seven days away, the e-tickets will deploy within 20 minutes of purchase. Check your spam, junk or promotions tab in case the email lands there. E-tickets come from tickets@seattlesymphony.org.

Download the Listen Boldly app to purchase and view tickets at any time! Login using the same email and password credentials as the website. Email tickets@seattlesymphony.org if you are having issues logging in.

Parking is prompted after you have selected your tickets online. If parking does not appear, it might be sold out. Call the Ticket Office to add parking to your order. Buy parking any time on the Listen Boldly app.

Seniors ages 62+ and students with valid student ID can purchase Rush tickets for half-off the standard price to most Seattle Symphony concerts based on availability. This offer is only valid in person starting 2 hours prior to concert start time.

Military and educators can get a 15% discount on most Seattle Symphony performances based on availability. This offer is only valid in person starting 2 hours prior to concert start time.

As of May 9, 2025, all tickets sold through Benaroya Hall will include a breakdown of all associated fees, in compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) ruling that requires all live entertainment venues to display a breakdown of all fees prior to a consumer purchasing a ticket.

Facility Fee for the Preservation of Benaroya Hall:

• Every ticket includes a facility fee. This fee directly funds ongoing maintenance, restoration, and preservation of Benaroya Hall by ensuring it remains a safe, comfortable and acoustically sound space to enjoy the wonderful music the Symphony brings to life. Funds collected are used for essential infrastructure improvements and historical preservation efforts to maintain the Hall's status as a cultural landmark for many years to come. This fee is $7 for S. Mark Taper Foundation Auditorium events, $5 for Illsley Ball Nordstrom Recital Hall concerts events and $4 for Tiny Tots, Family Concerts and Octave 9 performances. Handling fees are waived on single ticket purchases when purchasing in person at the Leslie & Dale Chihuly Welcome Hub. Call to verify when the Welcome Hub will be open.

Single Ticket Purchase Handling Fee:

• This fee directly covers administrative and processing costs related to your ticket purchase, including secure payment processing expenses, ticket generation and delivery (whether digital or physical), and customer support services to ensure a reliable transaction experience.

• For single ticket purchases, this fee is 15% at the time of purchase.

• For subscription purchases, this fee is a flat, one-time $20 at the time of purchase.

Ticket purchases only cover a portion of Benaroya Hall’s operation expenses, and we depend on facility fees and donations to help cover all additional costs.
