Subscribers are eligible for FREE ticket exchanges for all concerts. If you are unable to attend a concert, we encourage you to exchange your tickets and any associated parking vouchers for another Seattle Symphony performance, or donate them and open up your seats for another patron to purchase.

Please include subscriber name, phone number, payment (if applicable) and the date(s) for which the tickets are to be exchanged.
Bring your tickets to the Ticket Office at Benaroya Hall, open two hours prior to most performances. Check the Ticket Office page for the latest information on additional in-person hours.
